Sicitalian Black Swamp Bean - large ovoid black beans with robust bean flavor. Very productive pole type plants.

Turkey craw - I like the color of Turkey Craw, but they are also a decent bean for bean soup. Very productive early pole bean.

Jacob's Cattle - This bush bean is one of the better flavored available

Giant Red Tarka - Bush bean with very good production and nice flavor as a cooked dry bean.

Tarbais is an outstanding dry bean. It is best known as the bean used in making cassoulet.

I'm really impressed with the huge beans I just cooked as shellies, a white-seeded runner bean and Insuk's Wang Kong runner bean. They are over 1" long and very meaty, a gourmet treat. They yield well here, they may not do as well with really hot summers, though we had a lot of 90ú F weather this summer.
