Buyorsell: go to www.davesgarden.com they rate quite a few mail order sources. These lily folks helped me find it and am very grateful...I even cancelled an order. Sometimes you can get good deals at big box stores. 3 years ago I bought 3 pk of 15 bulbs each of stargazers VERY cheap. My back paid for it in planting them. SOme of the stories are horrible. I can sympathize with many preparing a bed getting all ready and getting junk, or waiting months for them to sprout only to find out, like you did they aren't what they are supposed to be. 5 years I swore I would never buy another mail order periennal, bu thanks to all these nice folks I'm looking forward already to 2008!

It is very common. Surprisingly I get the best result with bulbs from Walmart. in mail-ordering I get 100% what i ask for from BRECKS and DUTCH GARDENS.
