I need to dig up some Asiatic lily bulbs (hardy in my zone 6) and move them to my parent's house. What's the best way to store the bulbs between digging them up and replanting them a couple of weeks later? There are probably close to 2 dozen.

From the reading I've done, I could wash them off and store them in slightly moistened peat in a paper bag.

Any ideas? Thanks!
