black field pea in the mix

Planted Colossus and Quick Pick Pinkeye Purple Hull side by side. Picked today, shelled them out, and a few of the peas were pure shiny black! These are large peas, but not crowders like Colossus. Pod size not as big as Colossus but larger than Quick Pick. Hope to identify the plant(s) in the row and let some pods mature to save seed and grow out next year. Any ideas what are the possible names of this variety that got mixed in?
