Start soaking at 110* F. & allow to cool to room temp & soak for 2 days. Cold stratify at 40* F. for 60 - 120 days and sow in spring.

Hi Sweet,

The water temperature should be hot but not so hot as it would burn your hands. While tapla mentions to 'allow the water to cool to room temp', I prefer to cycle the hot water on 12 hour intervals until all seeds have sunk. This may take more than two days but eventually they all will sink. An old peanut butter jar or any jar with a screw on lid does the job.

Then stratity, then sow with bottom heat...
