Not sure, but I have ate them, well cooked, with no problems. Try posting on Harvest, they will know.

Before eating moldy seeds, I would recommend looking up the mold "ergot". The mold on the seeds is an unknown, better to throw them away than take a chance on toxicity.

Aflatoxin is another potentially serious toxin from mold. Likely to form if dry beans get wet or if they dry too slowly.

If the "mold" is white and is in the pod rather than on the bean, check to make sure it isn't actually part of the plant rather than mold.

If you don't want to eat them, you can still wipe them off, dry them, store dry and try using them to plant next year. You'd get some use out of them.
