I've not seen anyone do this. It's a great idea for you, but I don't know if I would want to partner with you. Maybe a younger person without as much knowledge or money/land. Most people with experience will have their own plots.

I have many candidates and I am in the process of interviewing for skill and experience with an initial interview but wanted a good idea of what a good business agreement would be for them and my farm.

You're going to want a "partnership agreement." Type that into google to see samples. It is the document that spells out all the details. You probably want an llc as well.

You should also check with your insurance company and make sure that you are covered in case your partner is injured while working.
