I use photobucket (free) to host my pictures. After you have photobucket account you can upload pictures there. (Other image hosting websites are avail)

Codes are generated by photobucket, so you just copy and paste the "HTML code" of the picture into the body of your message on GW and the photo is inserted when you preview and post the message.
