My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Free to anyone who wants it. Our problem is that we don't have a good spot to overwinter it, plus it currently has a bit of an aphid problem (happens every year when we bring it inside). During the summer it does great outside with few pest problems and is a pretty vigorous grower. Right now it's about 4 feet but I'll probably have to cut it back to transport.
And of course I'll always trade something for what you have. I just posted on the exchange list re Spring Swap-who wants to organize it and of course we can have it here again. Just thinking about it made me feel better about this endless winter. I am so ready for Spring!!
