i have found some seedlings, two i got most of the root ball and soil with them but one smaller seedling with only two leaves has only a taproot left.i have them in miracle grow potting soil and i think it retains too much moisture.there inside now in a plastic bag to reduce water leaving from the leaves.should i put them outside or keep them inside until they show new growth?

thanks
