The tree you mentioned is Acer platanoides 'Crimson King'. It is a Norway Maple cultivar best known for burgundy foliage and dense heavy shade.

IMO, all Norway Maples are unsuitable for lawn planting because they make the area beneath them a dark, shady desert. No grasses like such a climate. You could plant a Hosta / Astilbe bed beneath if you are prepared to water.

IMO again, I would suggest Acer palmatum 'Bloodgood' or similar if you have your heart set on red summer foliage. This will only hit ~ 30ft at maturity, so it's a bit smaller than desired but it is a much nicer tree than the Norway Maple and more suited to lawns.

If you can skip the red foliage, then one of the many Acer rubrum (Red Maple) selections would be otherwise perfect (assuming again that we have to stick with a Maple per this forum).

Some of the red Japanese maple varieties could eventually reach 30', but it would take many many years. They are gorgeous trees, however, and don't really need to get so big because they are so eye-catching. In addition to Bloodgood, another good variety that can take heat and sunlight is Emperor. Fireglow is another option for heat and sun, but only grows about 12-15' tall. If taller height is more important to you, then you might want to consider some of the red maples varieties such as Red Sunset, October Glory that have brilliant red fall color but are green during summer. I have Southern Sugar Maples growing wild all over my yard and they have brilliant yellow and orange fall color, and very bright chartreuse green leaves in spring and summer.
