Plants established in the landscape generally operate on a different schedule than do those in a nursery setting :-) Since yours is only just recently out of the nursery, I'm not sure I'd be overly concerned. My little container grown vine maple has only just leafed out this past week in some unseasonably warm weather.

How do the buds look? If plump and healthy looking, you probably just need a little bit more patience.
