I transplanted my fire maple sapling last week to a better area in my yard. Most of the larger leaves are still limp but the smaller leaves seem to be pretty perky. When I dug it up most of the soil fell off of the roots, I already had the new hole ready so it wasn't out of the ground long. I soaked the ground and layed a few inches of mulch around it. Does it sound like it might make it?
