Lol, that could be a bit more succinct than would be helpful...but I had planned on planting this winter for germination inhibitor breakdown.
I really had in mind a brief description of your best known technique:
Given what you posted, I'll venture to say a fairly gritty medium with not a lot (? or any) peat. Maybe using topsoil...into pots and water if extended dry periods during winter spring...and watch for little seedlings in April/May.
Afternoon shade recommended ?
