My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Monarda, Sedum and Lillies

Have: Not surprisingly, I have an excess of Marshall's Delight and Raspberry Wine Monarda and Autumn Joy Sedum. I also have a tall, creamy yellow with red freckles variety of Lily called, Suncrest.

Want: Cardinal Flower, Joe-Pye Weed and Blanket Flower (the species--I keep (unintentionally) killing the hybrids).
