I am chiming in late, but I wanted to extend my thanks to Pauline for hosting the swap and opening your lovely home to all of us cold, wet swappers!

It was great ot see all my old GW buddies and meet a few new ones as well!

What a gracious hostess! And OH MY- the food was sooo good! The best I have ever seen at a GW swap! Whew! And the plant selection was prety darn good too! I know I have a few new treasures to add to my already bursting beds! I am really feeling the itch to clear out some room NOW by ripping out some still seed producing plants..... Well- that would be a bit hasty on my part... I must have MORE seeds to share!
Speaking of sharing seeds- the next GW swap will be the Winter Blues Seed Swap. It will be at Dotties in Ham Lake in January-probobly on a Sunday. Start collecting, cleaning and packaging- as there is sure to be a ton to go around! I know I have been walking through more parks and by mall planters lately- with my baggies- collecting some new treasures for the swap and my garden as well. We will be inviting all who frequent the MN forum to join us through the mail again. With all of the folks who volunteered to help stuff envelopes for others last year (thank you again!)- it was an easy task to share the wealth! And it was a great addition to the variety offered as well! I will post more on the WBSS as I know more-

You are all very welcome. I have been stopping by road sides as well. I just realized I need to take photos of the various plants I collect seed from so I can have them for people to see. I am not going back to Southern Iowa to photograph the ones I collected there but will from now on.
