I think I've sown all the perennial/biennial seeds I'm going to sow. When do I start WS annuals?

The stores here are finally getting their seed pkts. in and I've been buying 2 or 3 pkt. of my favorite annuals. Some Pkts. I will bag up and trade or send to a Newbie or Trudi..

Some I will plant for my kids. Ran out of potting mix today so hope to get to HD tomorrow for more; also Jiffy seed starting mix. Have heard a lot say they lightly sprinkle that on top of their seeds.

Shouldn't I have sprouts from some of the ones I planted in January? There are several milk crates I can't get to and now the container where I saw the painted daisy and Malva Zabrina is covered with snow and can't get to that. Now they are talking about more snow tomorrow night but they are not sure how much.
