My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I remember a post about them (Lycium sp.- wolfberry) on the Far North forum last year. Look at it here. Scroll down to the pic with the red berries.
Don't know much about them, but from what I have read, they might be invasive by seeding around. So just watch. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if you would have to net them to keep the birds from eating them before you do.
