If you're near the Wisconsin border by Red Wing you could try Reuvers Nursery in Hagar City, WI. I purchased 8 fruit trees from them last year and am very satisfied. They have most all the Minnesota hardy fruit trees and have very reasonable prices.

For mail order, St. Lawrence Nursery out of New York has many varieties of hardy pears. I ordered these several years ago. The trees were small, but very good bareroot.
