I hate to tell you but you still have about a month before you can plant it out. MG's can't take a frost. You can...and should put it outside when the days are warm. Do it gradually tho, otherwise the sun will burn the leaves. Otherwise, they're gonna get pretty leggy unless you're using supplemental light.

What type of morning glories are you growing?

It's a Giant Morning Glory with Mixed Colors. They sit in the window all day with good sun. Also, I have been putting them outside occasionally to harden them off. They seem to be taking it well, but they're getting big!!

I would not plant them outside until late April or May. Morning glories will die with only a little frost. If you have to put them outside, give them some protection until late April. Believe me, they will grow like crazy with the first warm weather. In June you won't be able to stand near them without worrying that the tendrils might hook onto your arm and grow there.
