We had very thorough communication from start to finish, they were always available to answer questions. I am beyond happy with how the basement turned out: it looks very high end and I know it will last for decades because Level Custom Build team used high quality finishes and materials. I wanted the place to have a rustic look and Al and Josh and the team went above and beyond to add beautiful custom pine wood paneling and accents throughout.
