Be discerning when you look at garden watchdog. Always read the negatives. Many are just blowing of steam about silly things, that often actually show how stupid the buyer is, and not the seller in question. That said, I would stay away from Brecks.

What leftwood said. I've been happy with all of the suppliers he listed. I don't know where you are located in MN but often the Hort Education days sponsored by Master Gardeners will have vendors. I know that Dennis Drews will be selling bulbs at both the Wright County Spring Days on March 9th and at the McLeod County Hort Ed Day on March 23rd. I've also purchased nice bulbs from him. I believe it's Oak Valley Farm (s).
