Castor beans in hampton roads

Does anyone know where I can get castor beans in hampton roads? (Preferably Virginia beach) I have looked in other threads and can't find them anywhere. There are not in any hardware store or any local nurseries. I really want them for this spring, so I have been searching all over the place.

Seeds should be readily available on-line. Try Parks, Burpee, Thompson & Morgan. I know for sure that Select Seeds has some of the better varieties.

I was going to do that, but on amazon and everywhere else I keep getting over $11 in shipping. That is not really worth $5 in seeds. I mean I order stuff all the time and the shipping is $10, but that is for big things not seeds.
