Local Garden Tours

Hoping this might be the best place to ask this, I have a visitor for the 4th week of April who would like to tour local gardens or conservatories in the Baltimore/Frederick/Annapolis area. Ladew and Sherwood are on the list; can you recommend others? Thanks!

I saw that and Washington Woman monthly pub's April issue has a good story on local tours/shows by Kathy Jentz of Washington Gardener mag fame

Bluebars, if you're in the Frederick area you must visit Surreybrooke Herb Farm. It's very nice with several water features, theme gardens, lots of garden art and a children's garden. (that adults love too) April is the perfect time to go. It's laid out nicely with pathways, perennial gardens and a wonderful old gift shop. The owners live in an old home on the 15 acre property which is located in a beautiful area between Frederick & Myersville.
