I just bought a 16 per flat of impatiens from Walmart (La Plata) for $5.88. Larger plants than in the regular 6-pack. They also had 6-packs of impatiens for $1.64. I would check local walmarts and hardware stores.

This might be kinda far for ya, but we have a local nursery down here in southern maryland who sells flats of annuals at a very good price. The name is Bucklers and they are in St. Marys County. The flats have been 7.99 for years but I heard they went up to 8.50 this year.

That reminds me I got to get there soon. They usually sell out pretty early. They only do a spring planting.
