My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Moving to Victoria, BC

20 years ago

I know for the last year I have been in less contact with the members of the MN gardenweb. It has been an extremely busy year trying to move. But after all of the preparation and planning it is finally coming to an end. We will be hitting the highway on April 14 for Victoria. I will miss the stuggles of growing many plants in zone 3, but I also look forward to my new challenges and many more plants to grow.

I burned my prairie flower area this week for the last time. I hope the new owners appreciate all of the plants and work. Last year I put in about twice as many plants thinking i would sell when they were up this year, but no, I sold before most have even shown their faces. I just hope that the hepatica blooms before we leave. For the past two years it has bloomed by mid-April.

I have enjoyed meeting many of you. Thank you for the wonderful time, swaps and plants.
