I'm missing it this year, as we are going down for the Friends School sale Mothers Day weekend. A few years ago, I was there for their sale and the weather was horrendous. I knew something was wrong when I had snow falling on my purchases! It is fun, though, and the plants are always well worth it.

I just got my mail, and there was a notice of the open house. They also have 25% off everything else. The address is 5120 N. Lilac Drive, Brooklyn Center. There Rogers location is at 20045 Country Rd. 81

I went there this morning (Brooklyn Center location). The 2 for 3.29 plants were ok--lots of common varieties. I ended up purchasing a little Russian Sage, a Sidalcea, a Rockfoil (Saxifraga "Purple Rose"), Artemsia "Silver Brocade", Lamium "Aureum", and an Alpine Aster. I also picked up a couple of Annabelle Hydrangea.

They also had Northern Lights Azaleas, and a good selection of Minnesota hardy climbing roses. The Azaleas were $29.99 (before the 25% discount), and the climbing roses were about $20 - $26 (before the 25% discount). They also had plenty of nice shrubs-Weigela's, spireas, etc-for about $12-$15 each. Everlasting hydrangeas were $24.99 before discount.

Oops-I ment Endless Summer hydrangeas were $24.99 before discount.

Just had an email from Brooklyn Center DD, and she of course, went to it, and was happy with her purchases.
