Any 'Pick your own' places in Calvert County?

Hi - I have been searching, without luck, for any 'pick your own' farms in southern Calvert County, or northern St. Marys County. I would like to find a place where I can go to pick strawberries, peaches or other fruit and vegetables. I have a pamphlet about some throughout the state, but they are all quite far away from me. I would appreciate any information on any that are close to me.

Hi Christine...There is a searchable directory at this link. Click on Harvest Directory, and then I think pick-your-own farms are under Activities. The directory is for the five Southern Maryland counties, and I think you can search by county specifically.

connileigh, that's a great link for things to do related to farming - thanks! It still didn't list any pick your own farms in Calvert though...still looking.

It's not quite Calvert, but on Indian Head Hwy in Clinton there's a place called Cherry Hill orchards -- great place to get strawberries, apples and other fruit, Peach icecream in season, a good Fall Fest complete with homemade cider doughnuts and homechurned Pumpkin Pie icecream. And here's a website for pick-your-owns in each state.
