I can't speak for the owners directly but.....most people who are aware it's there just grab n go, although it's always nice to get the blessings from the owner. I know the man (I think he's from Australia) has to pay to have it hauled away (even if away is just across the street)so the more people that come and get it the less often he has to have it hauled away. Even though I am pretty sure not enough people do this for him and he has to pay way too much, way too often to have it hauled off.
there is alot of saw dust mixed in but it's still good stuff.
