I have a row of Arborvitae that the previous owners cut the tops off of and they all look pretty scraggly and generally bad. I was hoping to get some suggestions on what alternatives there are for a fairly quick growing green screen. This is at the back of my pool area and I have a neighbor's house right there overlooking my pool. So I would like a bit of height too. I was thinking clumping bamboo. Something in the 10-20ft range. I also want to make sure of fairly low maintenance.

Any other suggestions? Also, any suggestions on where to find clumping bamboo around here?
