I bought Baby Blue and Regatta Sky Blue Lobelia this week. Is it true the Regatta SKy Blue will only bloom in the Spring? If so, I bought the wrong variety. All my Lobelia from previous years has bloomed all summer. Has anyone grown this variety and has it bloomed all summer or is it truly a Spring flowering annual?

It's too hot in Maryland for any annual lobelia to bloom well all summer. Does best in cool weather. Hard to tell where you're located, zone 10?
