Some of those seedlings would be better off direct seeded rather than started indoors--like beans and dill. Brussels sprouts would likely take too long to get to a decent size to plant out. Squash--direct seed. Tomatoes--you could try and you would get late tomatoes. I'd hedge my bets by picking up some seedlings at one of the better purveyors of such.

I already spent a lot of money on seeds though.

Keep the seeds in a zip bag in the fridge and most should do for at least 2 yrs. I do not know where in Pa you are located. if zone 7 you might get tomatoes from seed if you plant early types because the dates to harvest on most pkts are from the date already started plant is sown.
