My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I went, I saw, I bought!

20 years ago

Ah, yes, the gardening bug bit me hard today. I acquired Bailey's new Tahitian Moon from their Easy Elegance roses line, I bought Prairie Harvest (a Buck rose) and Morden Sunset (or is it Sunrise?). Plus, I bought 4 clematis; Multi Blue, Warsaw Nike and 2 I can't remember and (!) it is too dark to go look at the tags! I also bought more creeping phlox for curbside as the neighbor dogs spent most of the winter pee'ing on them so they did't come back. Tomorrow is auction day, Sunday I garden!
