I have had good success with gerber daisies in containers. Over the years it seems sometimes they don't like to share in containers with different varities more than others. You should dead head to encourage new blooms. If there in the ground they get extra nutrients. If they are in containers you need to fertilize weekly.

Tammy, thanks for your response. Our Gerber Daisies are going to be planted in containers. Do you remember which plants the gerber daisies preferred being planted with and which plants they didn't like? If we use Miracle-Gro potting mix with the fertilizer mixed in, do you think we should still fertilize every week? Looking forward to your response.
