We feel like Ed and his team were always open to answering our many questions and working through any concerns we had along the way. Any bumps in the road were dealt with head on and honestly. The open lines of communication fostered a great collaboration, ensuring that our concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. We loved that Asher is a true design build firm. Russ, Tracy and Bailey are an incredible in-house team. No request was too big or too small. This aspect of Asher really made a difference in ensuring that our vision was realized. As the build progressed and decisions needed to be made, they were called to our attention promptly and efficiently so that we knew what we needed to decide and when. In this way, the project moved along extremely smoothly. At the end of the project, it was obvious that the team was committed to dotting every I and crossing every T. The team made a punch list and we made one and every item was taken care of for us. Anything that has come up since we have moved in has been addressed promptly.
