Hi, I have a pot of chives out on my balcony that my mom transplanted from her garden about 2 years ago. They started coming up this spring and then stopped. They haven't done anything for about a month now. I just dug them up to look and they don't seem to be alive anymore?? Are the susceptible too rotting? Maybe I watered them too much. :( How can I tell if they are still alive?
