All in all, not bad. A few things are dead, some surprising. All on winter number 2 or more.
1/3 Achillae Moonshine dead
3/5 Lewisia dead
2/2 Heuchera Venus dead
1/2 Striped Bark Maple major dieback

One surprise, Koeleria Blue Sprite survived the winter.

I see no sign of Crocosmia 'Lucifer' --- I've only had one of these survive the winter once, but I keep trying. I thought a mountain of oak leaves might help this time....

Still looking for Gaillardia 'Tizzy' and 'Frenzy' (also had a mountain of leaves)

Dianthus 'Black Adder' made it, so did various corkscrew rushes

I was pleased that my very first rose is fine, which shouldn't be a surprise because it is quite hardy: it's the Austrian Copper

Helenium 'Rauchtopas' made it --- I waited for 4 years for this cultivar to become available in America

There's a lot of winter burn on various evergreens

Sedum 'Lemon Coral' is lost

That's all so far.

Hard to tell, I have so many plants. I tend to site plants carefully, plus I grow many natives, so winter survival is a low concern for me. I did have a couple of new shrubs, that I didn't think to fence, get bunny-nibbled, but they are sprouting new foliage.

Helen, your clematis might still come as some are slower to emerge than others. Some of mine are up with a few inches of growth, others are still sleeping or have just a few green buds. Recta is already 12 inches high with Rouge Cardinal next to it only 4 inches high. They are in a more sheltered area which explains the amount of growth.

Happily my weigelia bush is starting to leaf out. Siding workers broke off several branches and bent the main stem. I had doubts it would survive.

Sadly my favorite shasta daisy, 'Snowcap' is dead. WS them three years ago and they bloomed profusely for the last two years. Don't think I collected any seed, bummer.

Did a walk about the gardens today and divided a few things. Still waiting on others to see if they survived.

The plants I haven't seen yet are the ones that are late on arriving so I would say so far so good.
