Roses require more work than I want to devote to them. They are not just plant and forget. They probably need a dose of iron pills. You should try the Rose forum.

I gave up on roses a long time ago.

I enjoy my roses and although they do require some work, seems worth the price of admission in high summer when they bloom and smell wonderful. Looks like you have some insect damage to me, check the leaves carefully for small mites and any webs that might indicate spider mites. In the top pix, the leaf on the top left corner looks a bit like it may be suffering mite damage as the yellowing is occuring in one spot on the leaf. The yellowing is not so much yellow as tan and that seems to indicate insects too. If it were nutrient or iron deficiency then the yellowing would be in the leaf but the viens would remain green (If I remember correctly).The dry weather we have had favors mites, later this summer if we get damp then you can get ready for the fungus diseases to set in...

If you feel the need to be organic then try an insecticidal soap, I am not an expert on organic remedies, but I do know that there are many new "green" products on the market right now.

Needs a good spring feeding. Also some of that is sunburn on tender new foliage.
