Those look like they might be daffodils. But there are many spring bulbs that put out some foliage in the fall and then it just sits there until spring. Don't do anything special (like cover with mulch). Mother Nature knows best.

Could they be grape hyacinths? They have a habit of sprouting in the fall. It doesn't seem to affect their blooming in the spring.

Trust the bulbs to know what they are doing. i have grape hyacinth leaves up now too, and do every fall. They just sit there under the snow, perfectly happy. If you are really concerned, you could put a light layer of leaves over them, to cozy them in 'till spring, but if they are up and out, i'd suspect it's because they want to be, and they'll be fine.

Those are to firm to be grape hyacinth. GHs look like floppy chives.

I think they're crocus leaves!

However, the advice remains the same. Leave 'em alone. :)
