Hi Beemer, You should still be fine with any of those. I'm not a MN native, and I usually start a little earlier then this, but my husband (who has spent his whole life in MN) prefers not to plant until the 30th of May and he gets by pretty good. It might be getting a little late for things line lettuce, radish, early things like that, but otherwise you should be good. Check out the URL that I put in below too. It's a great little guideline.

Have at it!! Lots of time for most things except maybe Squash, Melons, etc. but they don't like to grow until the soil is warm. So, give them a try.
