blueberries in pots?

Is anyone growing blueberries in pots? I have been searching the web but would really like to know about MN gardeners. Are you mixing your own soil? What are you using? Size pots? I have seen people using 5gal buckets and am assuming they put drain holes in the bottoms. Do you bury them? Leave them out? put in storage?

Any advice welcome.
