Have you checked at the surrounding farming community feed stores? I would think you would have much better luck with one of those vs. a Kansas City (within city limits) location...

As I mentioned, I have already checked at area feed stores and farm supply stores. The drum barrel suppliers are located downtown KC.

Did you check the feed stores in Peculiar, MO or Garden City, MO?

As of last summer, Bridging the Gap, a non-profit, was selling plastic rain barrels for $10.00, at their South Kansas City recycling center.
