I don't know if they are still in business, but I see their phone number (in a web search) is listed with the 612 area code, I believe Andover's code is now 763. If you're trying 612, try 763. This may be too simplistic an answer, but I didn't find a telephone directory listing and I'm not familiar with the company. Hope someone else knows more.
