I can't recommend a specific company, but I would encourage you to get more than one inspection. They will likely come in with different options for you. Also check with your extension service for information on termites and treatment. The companys may try to sell you more than you need, so it pays to be informed before you have them come in.

If you still have the contact info and it's recent enough, try calling whoever it was who did your home inspection at purchase. Home inspectors are often trained to know termite damage. Whatever you do, I second the multiple inspection idea.
