“Homoly Construction is the premier environmentally focused builder in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to Homoly Construction on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”

“Creative and functional design expert. Highly competent and reliable. Beautiful work. Will work with your ideas and stay on budget. Communicates well with the homeowner. Takes pride in his work. Job site was always neat and clean. I have worked with Rick, for twenty years and he has completely remodeled my entire house and i am thrilled with every aspect of the remodel. My last project was the addition of a laundry room/dog grooming room with shower that I saw on the Houzz website. He designed the room exactly how I envisioned it and it is perfect! i would highly recommend Rick Moseley.”

“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”
