Need help ID ing plants

I have some plants in my garden that I need help identifying. I think that the hosta might be a Paul's Glory. However, the plant marker faded so I'm not sure.

The pink plant is really unique.It has pink, bottle brush type flowers on it with large green leaves. Does anyone know what it is?
