I messed up! I purchased some hardy hibiscus earlier this year, and planted them in what I thought was a good spot. Turns out they are not as tall as I thought they would be, and the echinecea next to them is taller. So the hisbiscus blooms are lost in the echinecea.

SO I need to move the hibiscus, when is the best time to do this? I hate to do it now while they are blooming, but I know in the spring they are last to emerge.
