Good Morning! Does anyone have a good estimate of when you think pickling cukes and dill will be available at Minneapolis Farmers Markets this year? I am at the mercy of the markets to buy my produce to make my dill pickles. It makes it difficult to try and guess which weekend I will be busy with canning. I am aiming for either Aug. 2 or Aug. 16. If anyone knows how the growing season is going for these items, and can give me your opinion on my best bet, I would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance for your help.
