We blew out the back wall of the existing kitchen and created a 23 x 18 foot room that houses the new kitchen and a den nook. I wanted a clean traditional space with a hint of modern. I went with white cabinets and a sorrel colored island for some contrast. Quartz tops and glass brick set subway tlle backsplash.
