Beautiful pictures, Steve! Is anything blooming/coming up early because of our thaw, or have the warm temps been around for too short of a time to cause that? (newbie gardener question - obviously!)
I know I look at my azalea/rhododendron buds often to make me smile in anticipation of spring.

I'll have to go and check the Prunus mume, it might have its first flowers now that we've had a few warm days - the same with the witch hazel. Yeah, I still like that edgeworthia. Unlike last year, the only thing budding out here is helleborus foetidus.
